Custom Orders (Made-to-Order Products)
Please note that custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These products are specifically handcrafted based on your design preferences and requirements, and therefore cannot be resold or reused.
Ready-Made Products
For all ready-made items, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
